Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You're in full control of what plan you would like and you can easily upgrade or downgrade your account from within your Helpdesk subscription panel in settings tab.
Which options should I choose?
All plans start with the free trial and offer access to the full stack of tools available. Once you're in, you'll be able to select the features you need.
Does Helpdesk Support have an API?
Yes, we do have an API that we are continuously adding to in order to allow other 3rd party applications to integrate with Helpdesk Support.
How and when will I be billed?
All payments are made through our credit card processor. If you have chosen any paid features, billing will start 30 days after you input your credit card info. Invoicing is available for enterprise customers.
What happens when the 30-day trial is over?
The 30-day free trial is included with every plan, which means you can use it as much as you want with no restrictions. After the 30 day period, you'll need to enter your credit card information so that service for whatever plan you select won't be interrupted. If you choose to cancel your account before the 30 days is up, your account will expire
